1. How long is a quote valid?
All standard quotes are valid for 30 days. You can place the order any time during this period at the locked-in price.
Quotes over 30 days old automatically expire and need to be re-quoted. When raw-material prices fluctuate sharply, we may proactively notify you to reconfirm.
5. Is the quote a fixed price or an estimate?
It's a fixed price, not an estimate. Our AI model is trained on 5M+ historical orders and delivers ±5% accuracy.
If actual machining time or material usage differs significantly from the quote, we absorb the difference (within ±5%).
3. Can I get a rush quote?
Yes. For urgent projects we offer a 24-hour rush quote at +15% on top of the standard price.
Contact sales (400-000-0000) or write “rush” in the order notes — our engineers will prioritize it.
6. How soon does production start after ordering?
Production starts within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Status updates in real time on /app/dashboard and /app/orders.
Rush orders can start in as little as 4 hours (+20% rush fee).
4. Are quotes negotiable?
Negotiable from 100 pcs. For 1,000+ pcs we offer 5–25% volume discounts.
Long-term partners enjoy framework-agreement pricing, and monthly-billing accounts get an extra 3% off.
7. Can I modify or cancel an order I have placed?
Modify: Free modifications (qty, material, size, etc.) are allowed before production starts. No changes once production begins.
Cancel: Cancel before kickoff and we'll refund minus a 5% fee. After kickoff, charges apply for work already done.
