1. The Service
DeepProto is an online manufacturing quoting and order-management platform providing CAD parsing, design-for-manufacturing (DFM) analysis, instant quotes, order tracking, and delivery coordination, with production carried out through an audited factory network. By using the platform you agree to these terms. Full pricing, certification, and liability statements are on the Disclosure page.
2. Accounts
- Provide true and accurate registration information and keep your credentials safe — actions under your account are treated as yours;
- Accounts are for you or your authorized team members only; notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Quotes
- Platform quotes are reference prices generated from material, process, quantity, and geometric complexity;
- The final price is the order confirmation generated by the system when you place the order; a quote does not lock long-term pricing;
- Questions about a quote can be raised via the contact page.
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders follow a deposit + balance flow: production starts once the deposit is received, and goods ship after the balance settles, as stated on the order confirmation;
- Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider and confirmed by the provider's callback;
- For refund eligibility and processing, contact support@deepproto.com.
5. Delivery & Shipping
- Lead times on the order confirmation are estimates, counted from deposit receipt and confirmation of technical files;
- Shipping and insurance are billed separately; import duties and destination taxes are the customer's responsibility;
- Inspect goods on arrival and report any issues within 7 calendar days of receipt.
6. Intellectual Property
- The CAD files, drawings, and technical materials you upload remain your intellectual property and are used solely for quoting and fulfillment;
- The platform interface, copy, case studies, and blog content belong to DeepProto;
- Data retention, deletion, and confidentiality arrangements are detailed in the Privacy Policy and Disclosure.
7. Technical Advice & Limitation of Liability
DFM analysis, process parameters, and technical guides on the platform are provided for reference and do not guarantee the functionality or safety of your design; final design suitability remains your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in Section 7 of the Disclosure.
8. Changes
Material changes to these terms will be published here with a new effective date; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
